1. Refund Eligibility
Customers may request a refund within 5 days of receiving their order, provided that:
- Proof of purchase is supplied
- The item is returned in exactly the same condition it was shipped
- The item has not been damaged, altered, or tampered with
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and seals are intact
Refunds are subject to inspection once the item is returned.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Items that are damaged in any way, including physical damage, liquid damage, or electrical damage
- Items that are not returned in the same condition or state as they were shipped
- Products with missing accessories, packaging, or serial numbers
- Items showing signs of misuse, installation, or repair attempts
3. Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a refund:
- Products must be unused and in original condition
- Packaging must be complete and undamaged
- Screen protectors, seals, and labels must remain intact
Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense.

- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Netrox is not responsible for items lost in transit
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.

This policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws in South Africa and does not limit your statutory rights.
